TriPower Realty was founded in 1990 by Judy Haataja and remains family owned and operated. Judy’s son, Jerry Haataja, has been associated with TriPower since 1996 and is currently active as our Sales Manager.

Century 21 TriPower has achieved phenomenal success in the marketing and sales of Southwest Florida developers, selling projects such as Santa Maria II, Gullwing Beach Resort, The GrandView, Casa Playa Resort, Sanibel View Villas, White Sand Villas, White Cap, Cornerstone Beach Cottages and Captiva Villas at the Pink Shell.
