We worked with Pierre (PJ) Peebles for several years attempting to purchase a condo, specifically in the Boardwalk Caper III high-rise. Over the past 50 years we have owned only two homes, both of which were custom built for us. So, we were really in new territory when we embarked on a purchase from another owner. PJ was always a professional, respectful of our lack of knowledge of the southwest Florida market. He was patient, never applying pressure, but offering insight for us to consider. We were unsuccessful in three attempts to consummate a purchase. Largely, we were difficult to work with and had unrealistic expectations. Never, at any time did PJ judge. He was always kind and easy going, understanding we were rather set in our ways. He never gave up on us, and we forged a friendship that we very much value. We learned firsthand just how valuable his years of experience could be when we finally were under contract. Every purchase has unique issues and PJ was on top of every single twist that could have resulted in delays and/or problems. His ability to simultaneously communicate with the attorney, the title company, the management company, and the HOA were nothing short of a miracle. He was so in his element that we were made to feel that we had his complete, undivided attention. I don't know how we were so lucky to have just the perfect personality in PJ to make a dream become a reality. He continues to check on us and offer names of proven vendors for routine maintenance. We would not hesitate to recommend PJ; and should we have a need or desire to sell our condo, PJ would undoubtedly be the realtor we would choose.
Many who know me would say I have an OCD type personality. There is no one better suited to abate concerns and take particular care to details than PJ. He thought of things before we could ask and left us feeling we were in very competent hands at all times.
PJ excels in every area, and that is truly a gift that he possesses. We always felt that PJ's only motivation was to help us find THE condo that was meant for us. At no time was a sale put ahead of our best interests.
We were very pleased to be afforded the tools needed from purchase agreement to Settlement Statement with DocuSign, which Century 21 TriPower Realty Inc. routinely offered to expedite the sale involving out of state buyers/sellers.
We not only were successful in purchasing a condo we love, but we also got the bonus of working with an outstanding realtor and a true friend in Pierre (PJ) Peebles.
